This site contains a complete collection of bronze sculptures as well as oil and acrylic paintings by wildlife artist Jocelyn Lillpop Russell. In addition, you will find Jocelyn's Resume, Bio and Contact Information and a Schedule of Shows and Events.
The images of Jocelyn's art on this site are categorized by subject matter, medium and size and fall into the following groups.
Monuments: The monument sculptures are life-size to 1.5 lifesize and include "Royal Decent" Jocelyn's heroic Elk Monument,
A Tiger Monument created for the Albert Lea High School, and
"Unbridled" a recent Horse Monument.
Shown below is one of the new monumental pair of wolves in progress. These were delivered to Tulsa March 2, 2006 for Jocelyn's second installation on beautiful River Drive (The elk was her first).
North American Animals: This category includes bronze sculptures of Elk, Deer, Cougar, Bear, Pronghorn, Moose, Bison, Horse, Pug, Wolves, Hummingbird, Ground Squirrel and Rabbit.
African Animals: This section you will find sculptures of Cape Buffalo, Lions, Warthog, and Giraffe.
Paintings: Jocelyn Lillpop Russell's paintings are done in oil and acrylic. Her subject matter includes Rocky Mountain Big Game and Predators as well as African Wildlife. She specializes in portraying the animals in extreme lighting of early morning or late evening settings.
